Ngabwe has remained strong and secure, even after facing the severe impacts of the most recent drought and the pollution of the Kafue River, which disrupted economic activities across the district.
Yet, like a phoenix rising, Ngabwe has demonstrated remarkable resilience. This is clearly reflected in the impressive agricultural output recorded in the 2024–2025 farming season.
A district that once faced the threat of starvation is now producing in such abundance that it is able to feed high-profile government officials and large delegations with pride.
