Administration Department

The main objective of the Administration Department is to manage the human resource and administration functions of the Council, and provide logistical support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations of the Council. The Chief Human Resource Officer heads the department.  

The main functions of the Administration Department are:

i).  Managing the transport of the Council.

ii). Providing administration and logistical support to Departments of the Council.

iii). Records Management

iv). Management of council meetings

vi). mobilization for staff training (Human Resource Development)

vii). Provision of office supplies and equipment for Council staff.

viii). Secretarial Services

ix). Security of employees and property

x). Placement and recruitment of staff
